MaDG è un giovane studio internazionale di architettura con sede a Genova fondato nel 2011 da Margherita Del Grosso. La relazione biunivoca tra l’aspetto teoretico e la componente pratica è il principio fondamentale dell’approccio al design interpretando la ricerca come presupposto per la progettazione e la progettazione come strumento di ricerca.
MaDG intende il progettare nel suo significato più ampio: “dal cucchiaio alla città” passando per la nuova costruzione, il restauro del patrimonio esistente, la progettazione d’interni fino al design dell’elemento d’arredo secondo il presupposto di una sostenibilità ambientale, economica e sociale.
MaDG investiga lo spazio facendosi promotore di un nuovo modo di viverlo e abitarlo. La ricerca incorpora la sensibilità e la virtu’ delle ecologie naturali dalle quali possono emergere nuovi effetti sociali e architettonici. Le tecnologie digitali come ambienti e modellazioni 3d sono al fondamento del processo di progettazione architettonica.
MaDG promuove l’architetto come figura essenziale per la regia del processo progettuale e di realizzazione ad ogni scala, interpreta la realtà lavorativa contestualizzandola alla situazione contemporanea, sostiene la professione come componente cruciale e sinonimo di qualità del risultato.

MaDG means the design in its broadest sense : ” from the spoon to the city ” from new construction, renovation of existing haritage and interior design to the design of the furnishing according to the assumption of environmental, economic and social sustainability.
MaDG investigates space by promoting a new way to live it and live inthere . The research incorporates the sensitivity and virtue of natural ecologies from which can emerge new social and architectural effects . Digital technologies, such as 3D modeling and environments, are assumptions of the architectural design process.
MaDG promotes the architect as a key figure of the design process and implementation at every scale, MaDG interprets the reality of working contextualizing to the contemporary situation and supports the profession as a critical component and synonymous of quality results.
